Song Contest Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Pop-Là emerging artist song contest! Before you submit your masterpiece, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:

By submitting your song, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily providing original creative material for the purpose of participating in the Pop-Là emerging artist contest. You agree that Pop-Là and its collaborators may review, download, and store your submission solely for the purposes of evaluation and potential selection. Submission does not transfer any ownership rights, and final production will only proceed upon signing a separate agreement if selected.

Pop-Là collects the information in this form solely to review contest submissions and contact participants regarding the selection process. Your personal information and uploaded files will not be shared, sold, or used for any purpose outside this contest. All data is stored securely and may be deleted upon request at any time. By continuing, you consent to this temporary collection and use of your information.

By submitting your song, you confirm your full agreement with all of the following statements, without exception:

I confirm that the vocals, lyrics, and melody I am submitting are my own original work.

I confirm that I hold all necessary rights to submit this material and that any co-creators have given their permission.

I confirm that my submission does not contain any samples, beats, or materials I do not have the rights to use.

I authorize Pop-Là to receive, download, store, and evaluate my submission for the purpose of this contest. Pop-là may use excerpts of submissions for promotional purposes on our site and social channels; artists retain full rights.

I consent to Pop-Là contacting me regarding this submission, including notifications about selection.

I understand that if I am selected, my name may be announced publicly as the contest winner.

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older.  If I am under 18 years of age, I confirm that I have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

I understand that submission does not guarantee selection and that Pop-là will choose the final track at its sole discretion.

If selected, I agree to sign a simple production agreement allowing Pop-là to produce the track and prepare it for release.
